Delivery
All parts are delivered to your door by nation wide couriers, usually the next business day. Unfortunately we can't guarantee delivery times as ultimately they operate outside our control. Once you receive the part it is important you check it before signing for it, this is to insure the part has not been damaged in transit, which can happen quite easily. Once you have signed for the part this means you have accept full responsibility and accept the condition that the part has arrived in. In the unlikely event that the part is damaged when it is delivered only sign for it as damaged, alternatively you could refuse the delivery in which case you should contact the supplying member immediately giving full details. If your not happy with the condition of the part you must refuse delivery and send it back with the courier service.
Ordering Parts
After receiving the quote(s), you might want to take some time to consider and evaluate the best quote that suits you. This might be based on price or delivery, if it’s an engine or gearbox or it might be the mileage or length of guarantee offered. Once you have decided which quote you are happy with, Simply contact the network member and they will be happy to help you with the order. At this point they will take credit or debt card detail for payment and confirm your delivery address, they will also confirm delivery times and the total cost of the order. It is also good practice to confirm all part and vehicle details to insure there is no misunderstanding and you should keep a record of the network member’s details.

Recieving a Quote | If the part(s) you have requested are in stock, then you will receive a reponse either via Telephone - Email - SMS Text. You should make a note of the supplier's details e.g Name and Telephone Number, as well as the price of the part and length of guarantee, all parts supplied are fully guaranteed with minimum period of 30 days, however some supplier do offer guaranteed periods of up to 1 year on new and reconditoned items.
Because we have 300+ suppliers on our network it is possible you might get several offer(s) form different network members. You should always make a note of each quote you receive, and write down the name and telephone number of network member that quotes you. You should also make a note of price being quoted, the length of guarantee being offered and any delivery charges, this will help ensure you get the very best deal and the lowest price. It is also good practice to confirm all part(s) and vehicles details to insure there is no misunderstanding. |
Payment | | The Text Spares Network members accept all major credit and debit cards as payment, we strongly suggest you use this method of payment. Delivery | | All items are usually delivered by overnight courier, please ensure at time of ordering you confirm delivery times with the supplying member, we cannot guarantee when the parts will be delivered during the day, most items are delivered before 17:00. Please ensure when you recieve your part(s) you carefully examine them, as no responsablity can be taken once the items are signed for and later found to be damaged in transit. We strongly suggest that if you are unable to examine the item(s) you sign for them as being "DAMAGED" signing for them as being "UNCHECKED" will not be sufficent. |
Returns | | If for any reason you need to return the part(s), please contact the supplying member to arrange for the item(s) to be returned, Remember all parts correctly supplied and no longer required will incure a 20% handling - admin charge. All Electrical items are non-returnable unless they are deemed to be faulty. |
Guarantees | | All parts supplied through the Text Spares Network are fully guaranteed, all items carry a minimum 30 day guarantee. All our network branches offer different guarantee periods. Please ask at time of ordering the length of guarantee that is being provided with your part(s). |

If you are calling because you have NOT recieved your part(s) please call the supplying branch first, if you do not have thier contact details then please check with your debit or credit card company to ensure your payment has been authorised.
