Unfortunately we can't guarantee delivery times as ultimately they operate outside our control. Once you receive the part it is important you check it before signing for it, this is to insure the part has not been damaged in transit, which can happen quite easily. Once you have signed for the part this means you have accept full responsibility and accept the condition that the part has arrived in. In the unlikely event that the part is damaged when it is delivered only sign for it as damaged, alternatively you could refuse the delivery in which case you should contact the supplying member immediately giving full details. If your not happy with the condition of the part you must refuse delivery and send it back with the courier service. Ordering Parts After receiving the quote(s), you might want to take some time to consider and evaluate the best quote that suits you. This might be based on price or delivery, if it’s an engine or gearbox or it might be the mileage or length of guarantee offered. Once you have decided which quote you are happy with, Simply contact the network member and they will be happy to help you with the order.
